The character must stay completely still: no walking, body movement, head turning, or blinking. Do not animate or change the mouth — it must stay exactly as in the source image, fully closed at all times, with no teeth visible, no lip movement, and absolutely no speech or talking gestures. Hands should remain confidently on the hips. The camera should zoom out slowly and smoothly (not in), with no shaking. Show the character from head to hips or mid-thigh only — avoid full-body framing. The background must be a real 3D neon city, not a flat image or backdrop. Neon lights, signs, and buildings should glow with subtle motion to make the scene feel alive.
