BLACK AFRICAN CONTEXT EAST AFRICA “The greatest terror comes to those who are afraid of facing their unbearable fear, the only way to awaken your spirit and conquer your unbearable fear is to face it with braveness. Few years ago at the edge of my life I met a stranger who once saved my life from the shadow of death. Yes at the moment where I could not see any sign of even a small beam of light. Shouting louder and louder yet none could hear my stretched and strained Voice down in the deep narrow dark tunnel. My spirit and soul were consumed out of my body and I could only feel the scattered pieces of myself wandering in the desert highlands without Oasis to quench my thirst. Does depression and anxiety come to everyone?! I scratched all hair off my head but I could only see the strong concrete walls like those of Jericho built around me, “these walls might have possessed my soul, why would I hear my echoing voices from them! So horrific “who can help me ohhh” [unstopping shouting and great fear]. Being haunted by unseen powers, betrayed by your own people is something that hurts more than a wild thorn in your throat.
